Meet Our Staff
I'm proud to be a third generation Woodward citizen. After graduating Woodward High School, I attended SWOSU and went on to get my DDS from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. I am a member of several dental organizations including the American Dental Association(ADA) and the Oklahoma Dental Association(ODA). I was honored with the ODA president’s leadership award in 2017. I have achieved a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, an organization I have been active in since 1987. This is an achievement based award in general dentistry. Other memberships include the American College of Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. I have tried to be active in the Woodward community, serving as president of the Lions Club, Woodward Education Foundation, and the Woodward Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber honored me with their Citizen of the Year Award in 2005. I enjoy spending time with my wife, Krista and children: LeAnn and husband Patrick, Will and Natalie. We are active in the First Christian Church. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and hunting.
Hi, my name is Sue Cosgrave. I have worked in dentistry many years and been a hygienist for Dr. Yadon the past 22 years. I have seen many changes over these years and think that dentistry is now better than ever! My husband Roy and I have children, grand-children and great-grandchildren. I enjoy gardening and love being with our grandkids.
Hello, I have been on staff here for over nine years. You will often reach me on the phone where I will help with scheduling patient care, handling patient concerns, and confirming patient appointments. With my background in teaching, counseling, and ministry, I always want to care for and provide help to others. Encouraging and facilitating proper oral care is one way I can help. I'm a nature lover and always interested in sharing information about conserving our environment and taking care of our planet. I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors with friends and family, especially my grandchildren.
I am a native of Woodward who began her chairside career with Yadon Dental in 1990. Being a patient entertainment coordinator or communications officer is my favorite element of the job. I have four children and love being "Suga-Nana" to my grandson Cameron. When I'm not busy being a mom and Suga-Nana, I enjoy reading Stephen King, writing fun short stories, indulging in podcasts, anything coffee, slow runs (emphasis on slow), furry four-legged creatures, and having fun with family and friends.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 2017, I returned to my hometown of Woodward to practice dental hygiene. I love to see familiar faces and enjoy building relationships with my patients along with educating them on oral health and prevention of disease. Outside of work I love to spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy going to church, learning more from my small group and shopping.
I am a registered dental hygienist. I graduated from Woodward High School in 2007. I started out in the dental field as a dental assistant but quickly grew a passion for dental hygiene. I received my BS degree in dental hygiene from the University of Oklahoma. I really enjoy the one-on-one time with patents and like to get to know them individually. When I'm not providing preventive care I am spending time with my husband and two children. I enjoy sports, church activities, and fun with family.

I am a native of Woodward and am most happy serving the community in a health care setting. I'm a devoted animal lover that regularly rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes felines. My favorite pastimes are reading, building pallet furniture, and gardening.
I'm Lisa Wilson. I grew up right here in Wootown, graduating in 1995. I'm the daughter of Dennis and Darlene Conner and the youngest child of two. I attended SWOSU and NWOSU and then graduated from Amarillo College with an Associates in Applied Science and Dental Hygiene. After graduating, I moved back to Woodward starting both my dental hygiene career and family. In 2001 I married Jeremy Wilson and we now have two beautiful daughters: Justyce Lauren and Jocelyn Jo. When I'm not brightening smiles I'm busy watching my girls in competitive dance and fast pitch softball. I'm their #1 fan and cheerleader.
